Companion framework: Structural Conditions for Economic Participation

Version 1.0, published September 23, 2026. Structural Conditions for Civic Participation is the companion to Structural Conditions for Economic Participation. It follows the same foundation into governance — the decisions that bind a person whether or not they agreed — and states what any governing arrangement would have to satisfy for its power to answer to the people it binds. It names no candidate, party, policy, or form of government. Every revision will be recorded in the Change Log at the end of the framework.
