Last revised September 23, 2026. This edition corrects one citation: Section C.1 now cites Munger (2011) for his distinction between voluntary and euvoluntary exchange only, states his conclusion, and names where the framework parts ways with it. The citation's page range is also corrected. The argument is otherwise unchanged. Every revision, including the August 7 refinement of Section F, is recorded in the Change Log at the end of the framework.
